Frequently asked questions

Which files can I upload?

PDF, photos (JPG, PNG), Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel and text files. PDF gives the best results.

How do I pay?

Choose UPI to pay instantly with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, and your print starts automatically. Or choose Cash and pay at the counter.

The page does not open after scanning?

Make sure your mobile data or Wi-Fi is on and scan again. If it still does not open, please ask at the counter.

Are my files safe?

Yes. Files go straight to our shop computer and are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Can I print only some pages?

Yes. Enter the pages, for example 1-3, 5. This prints pages 1, 2, 3 and 5.

What if my print does not come out?

Tell us your token number at the counter and we will reprint it, or refund you if you paid online.
